The Mission of All Out Repertory Company is to:

• Create original work, and reinvigorate classics, using and combining art forms, traditional and non-conventional.
• Develop our professional arts community through creating local jobs and opportunities for national exposure to other artists and other arts communities.
• Collaborate with other artists and with other art forms.
• Share audience resources with other arts companies as a means to pool Arts resources and Arts audiences.
• Enhance the educational experience through the arts and enhance the artistic experience through education.
• Raise social conscientiousness through artistic expression as well as through encouraging audiences to get involved in their community.
